Why do I have to buy from you?

The Gadget Boss is founded by 3 school mates since their college days back in 2007. Back in those days, we liked to find ways to make our lives in college hostels as easy as possible. One such example was we made a mould out of the metal remains of our final year project and placed it onto our frying pan. We shaped it into 3 different sections so we can fry eggs, pancakes and bacon at the same time!

And after we graduated, we decided that we should source and make products that can help make everybody's life easier. We only have the best value-for-money gadgets in store, and you can be assured that your purchases will be worthwhile.

Life is complicated enough as it is. It is time to make it simpler and enjoy life!

 

It says I have to purchase above $29 to fulfill the condition for free shipping. I have met the number, but it doesn't show free shipping. What must I do to get the free shipping?

Yes! Free worldwide shipping for purchases above $29. However, the free shipping is only applicable for orders above $29 USD. Please try to switch the currency on the top bar to USD to check if the purchase is more than $29 USD. 

We know it can be confusing, and we are trying our best to make the site more user friendly. Give us some time, and we will clear the confusion here.

 

What should I do if my order hasn't been delivered yet?

As we managed huge number of orders everyday, and to keep the prices low, we will consolidate orders to cut our cost price as much as possible. This way, we will be able to reduce our price, and you save more! 

Most cases, the item will be delivered under 2 weeks. However, please allow 3 - 4 weeks for your purchased items to arrive.

If your estimated delivery date has passed and you haven’t received your order, drop us an email at: support@gadgetboss.online so we can investigate for you.

 

If I place an order online, how long does it take to ship?

Our goal is to ship your items as quickly as possible.  

If there are multiple items on your order, some may ship before others.

Estimated Store Wide delivery schedule would be 3-4 weeks upon Order placement. Do allow some buffers for peak holiday or seasons with public holidays.

 

What are the modes of payment? Can I pay by cash or bank transfer?

The Gadget Boss accepts 2 modes of payments: Credit Card payment or Paypal. We are very sorry as we do not accept cash or bank transfer at the moment.

 

How do I find an item on your web site?

The best way of finding an item on our web site is to perform a search by the item description. Type the description or name of the item in the Search Field located at the top of our homepage. If you experience difficulty finding a particular item, simply send us an email at support@gadgetboss.online. Our Customer Service Associates will be happy to assist you.

The Gadget Boss takes your security seriously.

I found a design I really like but it's not available on your store, can you bring it in?

Yes, we will be happy to help find products and bring new editions and collections in. Simple drop us an email at support@gadgetboss.online and our Customer Service Reps will be right on it to see if it will be possible to bring your favourite designs in.

 

What is the guarantee about? What are the return policies?

The Gadget Boss aims to deliver only the best product available. We will make sure that you will only the finest product at the best possible price. 

If, for whatever reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, The Gadget Boss will do a full refund for the item purchased. However, you will have to cover the return shipping cost.

For cases of damaged products before or during delivert, please send an image of the product within 24 hours upon receipt of the product to support@gadgetboss.online and we will process the replacement product as soon as we can.

 

Why do your products show "Out of Stock"?

Some of our items sell out pretty fast due to our promotions and deals. But fret not, our product and inventory team frequently restocks them. If you have an urgent requests do drop us an email at support@gadgetboss.online and our Customer Service Reps will assist you immediately.
